Frequent author and lecturer on workers’ compensation issues. Our lawyers have presented over 25 continuing legal education seminars to hundreds of lawyers throughout the state of Missouri
Member of the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial attorneys
Drafting and passage of workers’ compensation laws that provided increased benefits for trade union workers and for workers with multiple jobs.
Serving on the Missouri Bar Workers’ Compensation legislative subcommittee
Chairman of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America’s Workers’ Compensation and Workplace Injury Section
Serving on the Board of Directors of the Workplace Injury Litigation and Advocacy Group
Served two terms on the Illinois State Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section Council and currently serving on the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association’s Workers’ Compensation Committee

We routinely volunteer our time and effort advocating for the rights of injured workers and their families before the Missouri Legislature. We have testified before committees in both the Missouri House and Senate on workers' compensation legislation
We are also one of a state wide group of attorneys representing over 70 unions challenging the constitutionality of the 2005 pro business overhaul of the Missouri Workers’' Compensation Act.
Charitable contributions to Kid’s Chance – Kid’s Chance provides scholarship money to children of workers killed or permanently disabled by a work related injury.
